Expedition Blog Day 10: Sambava – Vohémar – Loky Manambato

It goes on! From Sambava, the road takes us along the east coast of Madagascar to Vohémar. Beautiful panther chameleons line the way and we take our time. In Vohémar we have a small snack before continuing on the RN5a to Daraina. On the RN5a?! Yes, because it has a little surprise in store – and not one you would expect 😉 Near Daraina, it’s all off-road – and the last few kilometres are a real challenge when no one really knows the way and it’s pitch black.
